Every book is hand-read and approved by our founder moms — one of whom is a Montessori teacher — no skimming, no shortcuts. We look for stories that are memorable, meaningful, and the kind your child will want to read again. The stories we pick weave in timely themes that feel relevant, so story time feels like an extension of the world around your young reader.

No two boxes are the same — each one is curated around the seasons and upcoming holidays. We intentionally ship our boxes once every 2 months so our readers have time to associate the stories with each season.

January & February:

September & October: 

• Back to School: Getting excited for school, routines & friendship

• Halloween: Exploring imagination, costumes & fun

November & December: 

• Thanksgiving: Books that encourage gratitude, giving, and togetherness 

• Celebrating Holidays: Christmas, Diwali, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah 

You will be charged every other month on the 15th after your initial order date. 

Example: If you sign up for a subscription on May 2nd, you will be charged May 2nd, July 15th, September 15th, November 15th, etc.

Our boxes are designed for children ages 0 to 12, with carefully selected stories that match your reader's age. During sign-up, you’ll tell us your child’s age, and we’ll select your books accordingly.
