Subscription Orders

  • All subscription purchases are non-refundable once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your box arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your support email].

  • We’re happy to offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

Lost Packages

  • If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please reach out to us so we can assist. We’ll review these cases individually.

Changes & Cancellations

  • Subscription changes or cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to take effect.
